1826 Masonic Presentation Salver
Here
is a lovely Sterling Silver Presentation Salver bearing an English hallmark by
"WE" in script and dated "1826 London". It stands on
three panel feet, has an applied Shell and Scroll border and is decorated with
a wide band of flat chasing. The center is engraved with an 1848
presentation inscription for 30 years of service to Royal Sussex Lodge of
Emulation. This piece is from the George IV period. It
measures 10 1/4 inches in diameter.
