Bektash
Shrine Temple
Liquor
Decanter
This
two sided liquor decanter was made for the bicentennial in 1976 by Royal
Halburton. It is in the shape of New Hampshire (in green) the base
is in blue. The front side reads Bektash Temple, Concord, NH. The
back has a black dressed rider on a white horse. Shrine of North America
pieces often depict the symbolism of the Blue Lodge such as this decanter with
the Square and Compasses on both sides of the lid. That is because all
Shriners must first become a Mason in order to join the Shrine membership.
