This
early Sunderland Lustre Mug is English made and fired in the traditional pink
and gold fish eye colors. It pictures a hand-painted triangle with
"Wisdom, Strength and Beauty" and a Blazing Sun in the
center. Its most striking feature is the unbroken dragon handle, a
typical Chinese feature borrowed and put to use by English potters. It
stands 5 inches tall and measures 5 inches in diameter.
