Beautiful 14 kt Rose Gold

Masonic Square Pin with Garnet Stone

This beautiful Victorian style Masonic Square (the symbol of a sitting Worshipful Master) is 14 kt Rose Gold and set with a genuine garnet stone designed to look like a flower.  It is circa 1880-1895.  It has delicate scalloped edges all hand engraved, with tooling and chased work.  Even without magnification you can see the numerous techniques used to create the designs on this pin.  The linear black enamel work is identical on both sides of the Square.  It still has its original barrel pin stem and "C" clasp all in good working order after 100 years.
