This early engraved sterling silver snuff box was made as a presentation piece for S. Gilmour by J. Smith.  It is covered front and back with Masonic symbolism.  It measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter. The engraving is a little crude but it was probably home-made by one Brother for another.  A prized possession for Brother Gilmour for sure.

A special "Thanks" from Brother Al Lohman, a 30 year collector and 30+ year Masonic Lodge member from Wisconsin.  Al trades on eBay under the User ID  "lochlohman"
