1925 36th
Triennial Conclave Medallion - Seattle
This beautiful copper medallion was made to be a
presentation piece for Detroit Commandery No. 1 Knights Templar and was given
to those attending the 36th Triennial Conclave in Seattle, Washington on July
28-31, 1925. It depicts Detroit Commandery marching in a parade in the
form of a Passion Cross. It measures 2 1/2 inches wide by 4 inches tall
and was most-likely made by Whitehead and Hoag although it is unmarked by the
manufacturer. It is signed on the back "Courteously, C. B. Van Dusen"
who we figure was the Emminent Commander of Detroit Cmdry for that year.
