This is a sterling silver Dance Card from Kosair Temple in Louisville, Kentucky.  This was used by the young ladies at their coming out parties to keep track of the men they had danced with and to write down "special notes" about each one of them.  It came with its own pencil on a string and bears the Kosair Shrine Temple logo on one side and a beautiful figural Victorian lady on the front.  It measures 3 1/2 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide.

This wonderful piece is a treasured hierloom in our museum and we would like to "Thank" Mrs. Joy Cook of St. Petersburg, Florida who was a Secretary at Kosair Temple for 25 years for donating this item to us!  Thanks Joy!
