Early Shrine Ivory Whistle
This is an early Shriner's ivory whistle made by Sigmund Musette. They were popular with Shriners who marched in parades as they made a lot of noise. You can see the reed and adjustment band on one end and there is a tiny hole that is blown into at the top. This whistle is small measuring only 2 1/4 inches long and 1/2 inch in diameter.
