1931 Syria Shrine Temple

Cigarette Holder and Ashtray

Pictured above is a Cigarette Holder and Ashtray.  On front “Syria Temple A.A.O.N.M.S., Testimonial Dinner, Feb. 27, 1931, Thomas  M. Heard Jr., Potentate.”  Gold lettering trim and Shrine insignia, black top, middle band on base, red band beneath lid.  6 1/8” high.  Base is 4 15/16” in diameter.  Photo 1 shows the cigarette holder in the open position.  When the top is released, a spring pushes the cigarette holder up.  Other three photos are of it in the closed position.  Pristine condition.  No damage at all.
