Phoenixmasonry is a 501(c)3 tax deductible Masonic Museum and Library that promotes Masonic philosophy, the preservation of Masonic art, and historical artifacts.
Phoenixmasonry's website, founded in1999 welcomes over 20 million online visitors per year, while its social media work offers educational content around the clock for Masons and non-Masons alike. The museum was established to bring to the Brethren and the visiting public the rich heritage of Masonic Artifacts and Collectibles that were created and produced to commemorate many special Masonic events. Lodge Dedications - Cornerstone Ceremonies, Anniversaries, Officer Installations, State and National Conventions were all marked and remembered by these presentation pieces which were made in glass, china, porcelain, wood, metals, coins and medallions.

Gifts of Cash
These are the easiest to make. We hope that our museum/library has been an inspiration to those who are seeking knowledge and further Light in Freemasonry. We are a 501(c)(3) tax deductible public charity registered with the Internal Revenue Service so your donations can be deducted from your annual income tax return. We can also receive your donations of Masonic artifacts and books. We will acknowledge you, your family or even your Lodge or Temple on our online website.
Gifts of Securities
Stocks and bonds are another way to donate. Appreciated securities have the additional tax advantage of being tax deductible at their appreciated value. Gifts of securities can maximize your donation.
Bequests
The charitable bequest is the most common means for Friends to donate assets to the Phoenixmasonry Masonic Museum and Library. Whether a simple bequest of cash or a plan that creates trusts for family wealth management. The Will is the most flexible of all gift-planning tools. It may be structured in many ways; a specific dollar amount, a particular piece of real or personal property, a percentage of the estate, all or a portion of the residue of the estate following the satisfaction of other bequests, or a combination of the above.
Gift Annuities
Gift Annuities are a prudent and practical way to show your support. They allow you (and another if desired) to receive a fixed income for life which is guaranteed never to decrease. In addition, much of your income will be tax-free. Funding Gift Annuities with appreciated securities avoids taxation on the appreciation.
Pooled Income Fund
Pooled Income Funds offer you an opportunity for income that grows over time. Your contribution is part investment and part gift. A share of the fund’s income is paid to you for life. When the last income beneficiary passes away, the principal helps support the Phoenixmasonry Masonic Museum and Library. Capital gains taxes are avoided when funded with appreciated securities.
Charitable Remainder Trusts
A Charitable Remainder Trust allows you to transfer money, securities, or both to an individual managed trust which pays you (and another if desired) income for life. You are entitled to a sizable income tax deduction in the year of the gift. In addition, the appreciated portion of the gift escapes capital gains tax.
Life Insurance
Many individuals purchased life insurance years ago to fill a need that perhaps no longer exists. Giving a policy that you no longer require for its original purpose is a generous and convenient way to make a gift to the Phoenixmasonry Masonic Museum and Library.
Gift of a Pension Plan
Did you know that you can name a charity as second beneficiary of your retirement plan? Like Wills, and life insurance, retirement plans offer ways to give from what remains after primary beneficiaries have been provided for.
Memorial Contributions
Are a wonderful, caring, and loving way to recognize the death of a loved one or friend and express sympathy to the family.
Honorary Gifts
A great way to recognize a Friend or Loved One’s birthday, anniversary, retirement, holiday, or other special occasions.
